《科学小怪蛋》是一部动画片，它的英文名叫《Igor》，动画效果很好。讲的是一个不被人看得起的帮佣发明了生命体，他在侍候他主人之前已经有真本领了，他主人是发明家。但无奈当时的社会不公平，看不起那些驼背的人也就是Igor，他们一般只能做低等的工作。也就是这样，本片的主角只好把真本领隐藏起来了。当一次科学意外，他的主人被炸飞了，他抓住了这次机会发明了那个小镇最邪恶的东西-Eva。但Eva并不邪恶，即使是被洗了脑，她只是想当一个平凡的表演者。
在幸灾乐祸假博士设的陷阱和诱惑下，Eva终于变邪恶了，也打败了其他对手，当她在破坏会场的时候他的男朋友Igor出现了，救了会场、观众和把阳光还给这个小镇的人民。他不仅得到了女朋友的心，还得到了总统宝座。
